Join us for the 6th annual Sioux Falls Firefighters Association memorial stair climb on Friday, September 11th, 2020! Community Members, Firefighters, Law Enforcement and Members of the Military from around the region will meet at Great Bear Ski Valley in Sioux Falls, SD to complete a hill climb to remember those who lost their lives in the World Trade Center Buildings on 9/11/2001 and the every day heroes in your lives.

Participants complete the hill climb with a badge bearing the name of a fallen 9/11 hero, or your own personal hero, symbolically completing the journey in the Twin Towers. The only event of its kind in the region, Step Up for Heroes will mark the 19th anniversary of 9/11 in 2020 and will generate tremendous awareness and exposure for our cause, our city, and our private sector partners and supporters. The Sioux Falls Firefighters Association represents over 300 active and retired firefighters and their families.

The Step Up for Heroes Challenge Course
